Annual 2024 Sponsorship Appeal

 

The Greater Derry Arts Council with the cooperation of the Town of Derry is happy to be back at MacGregor Park on September 21, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm. We will be bringing back great food, vendors, and entertainment to kick off the fall season in Derry. 

THAT’S WHY WE ARE CONTACTING YOU! 

We are looking for local businesses and neighbors like you to help us defray the cost of producing our events throughout the year. Derryfest is the kickoff of our annual fundraising campaign.

We would like to thank you for your former sponsorship and hope that you will consider staying on with us again this year. 

Our Platinum through Bronze sponsors will continue to be displayed on our display area in the park next to the stage in either digital form or our trusty banners.

Event Sponsors will be displayed near the event that is sponsored.

Not only is Derryfest a lot of fun, but it’s also a great opportunity for local businesses like yours to get out and meet the citizens of Greater Derry face-to-face, help grow your customer base, and increase consumer awareness! It also gives businesses a chance to demonstrate some goodwill by giving back to our wonderful community.  That kind of cooperative spirit is generally regarded as the best kind of publicity and is long remembered and appreciated by the public. 

The Greater Derry Arts Council is a recognized 501(c)3 organization. What’s even better is that all proceeds from producing Derryfest go to support the Greater Derry Arts Council. Our mission is to promote Public Arts in our community, and we are honored to be responsible for managing and maintaining the historic Derry Opera House located in downtown Derry. 

Please see the Chart below for the different levels of sponsors. If you have any questions at all, please reach out and we will be happy to answer them for you. Specific areas will be a first come first serve to sponsor and if your choice is taken, we will offer you the next available area for your review and decision.  All the levels are important, and we need everyone’s assistance to make a season happen.

Season Sponsor Pricing

  • Bronze:  $250.00 – Support listed on Derryfest poster and social media platforms of GDAC
  • Silver: $500 new or $400 returning – Custom designed banner displayed near the main stage; Support listed on Derryfest poster and all social media platforms of GDAC
  • Gold: $700 new or $600 returning – Complimentary booth near the main stage; Custom designed banner displayed near the main stage; Support listed on Derryfest poster and all social media platforms of GDAC
  • Platinum: $1000 new or $900 returning – Complimentary booth near the main stage; Custom designed banner displayed on the main stage; Support listed on Derryfest poster and all social media platforms of GDAC
  • Event sponsor Pricing: $800 for new or $700 returning – Complimentary booth at sponsored event; Custom designed banner displayed at the sponsored area; Support listed on the Derryfest poster and all social media platforms of GDAC

The GDGT sponsor(s) will have their banner displayed at Greater Derry’s Got Talent on Saturday September 14, 2024. On Saturday September 21, 2024 their banner will be placed near the main stage during Derryfest.

The Derry Opera House needs a new main curtain and lighting upgrades to stay safe and relevant within the theatre community. We need your help!

Capital Campaign Sponsors:

  • Will be recognized on a banner at the Derry Opera House prominently displayed in the lobby and on a plaque to be hung on the wall
  • Featured posts on our social media throughout the year tagging your business
  • Recognition from the stage at Derryfest and all GDAC events and flyers
  • Invitation to any special events held by GDAC

Capital Campaign Pricing: 

  • Adams Sponsor Pricing: $2,500-20,000
  • Curtain Sponsor Pricing: $25,000
